1. Job Responsibilities:

1. Starting from the end-to-end product quality concept based on customer satisfaction and the complete value flow of the new product life cycle, earnestly implement the new product quality assurance task in the new product R&D project, assist the project manager to manage the project risks well, and ensure the development of new products Quality standards and on-time delivery to meet customer satisfaction and customer commitment;

2. Based on the complete value stream of the new product, define product and project quality objectives, decompose the objectives and ensure that they are implemented in the development plan, and define the quality objectives of the complete life cycle of the product when necessary;

3. Develop project quality plans based on quality objectives, verify them, and lead the implementation of quality plans;

4. Based on market demand (VOC) and quality function deployment (QFD), ensure the consistency of the design verification plan with the quality objectives and quality plans, ensure the compliance of the product verification plan with product standards and special requirements, and supervise the design and product verification the full execution of the plan;

5. Risk identification, risk assessment and risk management and control plans in new product projects are managed and updated (assisting project managers or authorized leaders). Ensure the effectiveness of improvement and effectively promote NPI follow-up as a quality interface person;

6. Sufficient professional ability can effectively identify, excavate and sort out the quality risks in the NPI stage (model prototype, sample trial production, small batch trial production), and lead the team to verify and close these risks;

7. Before each project node, analyze the quality risk of the new product and give a "pass-fail" quality opinion;

8. Support and guide the team in the methodologies and quality tools needed to achieve robustness, customer satisfaction and quality objectives;

9. In project development, based on data and analysis, plan annual quality goals and roadmaps for new products;

10. Certain supplier quality management capabilities, and the ability to identify potential supply chain risks when designing-in new processes, new materials, and new suppliers;

11. Synthesize, refine and summarize lessons learned in product development, and take measures to avoid recurring problems.

 

2. Job requirements:

1. More than 5 years experience in quality engineering;

2. Familiar with product development process, design rules, manufacturing audit, etc.;

3. Good at formulating product verification plans, assessing risks during the project, and proposing corrective action plans;

4. Experience in ISO9001 and/or IATF16949 certification, knowledge of safety standards and national standards is preferred;

5. Practical experience in quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, 6 Sigma, 8D, data analysis tools (such as Minitab), etc.;

6. Have certain experience in production quality management;

7. Customer-oriented, with strong communication and coordination ability.
