1. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the direct technical support of KA customers and the exploration of new opportunities and new projects;
2. Responsible for product training and technical support of the sales team and agents;
3. Responsible for the follow-up of some pre-production conversion projects, and undertake external and internal technical exchanges and task management windows;
4. Support market research such as customer demand mining and VOC collection in the market department;
5. Responsible for the preparation of product technical application documents.

 

2. Job requirements:
1. Age: 25~35
2. Schools above 211, majors in machinery, electromechanical, automation, electrical, communication, etc., bachelor or master
3. Technical background, more than three years of work experience, fast learning ability and willingness, strong comprehension and logical thinking ability, good at communication, high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
4. Have customer service and docking experience in 5G, photovoltaic reserves, charging piles, data centers, and be familiar with customer systems
5. Ability to read and write in English
6. Working place: Shenzhen.
